This is a Windows compatible application. Your device needs to run with Windows XP, Windows 7, or Windows 8.1 in order to install it. The RT versions of Windows are not supported. If your Surface is running with a compatible version, simply transfer the executable file and run it. If you're having installation issues, right-click the file and choose Troubleshoot Compatibility or Properties > Compatibility and choose Windows XP, then run the software.
